I met Michelle and her two dogs, Jackson and Flynn, at the Kitty Hawk Pier for a portrait session this fall. Before our session Michelle told me how important it was to her to get these photos taken. Jackson and Flynn are starting to get some health problems and she's not sure how long they will be with her. The Outer Banks is these two pups' happy place and she really wanted to document their happiness. She wants to always remember these special times.
I loved spending some time with them at the Kitty Hawk Pier beach access. Watching the way they interact with Michelle, they have a special bond. Families come in all forms and these three truly are a family. I hope Michelle will remember all the good times in the OBX when she looks at her photos.
